Miller Park Way hit-and-run suspect facing charges

The Greenleaf driver who was alleged of leaving a seriously injured pedestrian after hitting him with his vehicle on Miller Park Way in August has been charged, a January 4 article of the Journal Sentinel reported.

Authorities from Brown County arrested and charged 25-year-old Andrew Timm due to the suspicion that he was the driver who struck a Milwaukee pedestrian on August 12. Timm left the crash scene and was tracked down through information provided by two concerned citizens who called in tips to authorities as well as evidence gathered by investigators. The 40-year-old pedestrian, whose name was withheld, suffered serious injuries was still in the hospital as of December receiving treatment for the multiple broken bones and serious head trauma he sustained in the collision.
