Five hurt in Prairie Du Sac accident

Five people were reportedly hurt in a two-vehicle accident caused by an intoxicated driver, the Baraboo News Republic reported on April 8.

According to the Sauk County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened at around 7:00 p.m. on April 5 on Highway 12 when the vehicle with five occupants was crashed into by another vehicle. All of the occupants, including two children, were hospitalized due to injuries after their vehicle flipped over.

The driver of the other vehicle, Terrance Finnie, 40, was arrested after authorities determined that he was intoxicated when the crash occurred. Aside from drunken driving resulting in injury, charges of driving with a revoked license and possession of synthetic marijuana were filed against Finnie.
