Actor-comedian Chris Kattan apprehended on DUI suspicion

Ex-Saturday Night Live (SNL) actor-comedian Chris Kattan was arrested in Encino, California early in the morning of February 10 after he was believed to be driving under the influence of drugs, ABC 7 reported.

Reports showed that Kattan was seen driving at a slow pace and zigzagging at around 1:00 a.m. on the 101 Freeway at Balboa Boulevard when he struck a stationary truck from the Department of Transportation. No other persons were injured in the incident.

Upon failing a field sobriety test given to him by responding officers, Chris, who only sustained a bleeding nose in the accident, was brought to Van Nuys jail on charges of misdemeanor DUI. He was later freed after posting a bail of $15,000. Kattan is expected to appear in court on March 3 to face the charge filed against him.

Fortunately, no one else was hurt in this accident. However, as we at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® know, many people in Sheboygan suffer serious harm in accidents caused by drunk drivers.
