Off-duty Sheboygan officers arrested for alcohol-related crash

Two intoxicated Sheboygan Police officers were arrested after causing a car accident on December 4.

The Sheboygan Police Department reports that the incident occurred on Wednesday evening when a rear-end car accident took place at the intersection of Superior Avenue and North Taylor Drive. Two people involved in the crash were identified as Ryan Walloch, 25, and Stephen Schnabel, 35, who were both off-duty Sheboygan Police officers.

The officers were arrested after they were found to be intoxicated. No one was injured in the accident. Police Captain Steve Cobb confirmed the arrest of Walloch and Schnabel. Both police officers were cited for OWI.
