Harley-Davidson recalls motorcycles with clutch issues

Motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson is voluntarily recalling thousands of touring motorcycles that have defective clutch systems.

According to reports, the recall applies to at least 29,046 motorcycles. In a statement, Harley-Davidson explained that riders may have difficulty stalling the motorcycle, which could, in the worst cases,  result in an accident.

Owners of the defective motorcycles were advised to refrain from riding the motorcycles. Likewise, dealers were urged to temporarily suspend delivery until the mechanical  issues have been addressed.

Mechanical malfunction and mechanical failure can potentially cause devastating injuries. If you have sustained injuries related to mechanical defects near Sheboygan, contact Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® at (920) 459-8000 to find out what we can do to help.
