Motorcycle accident injures Sheboygan man

A 47-year-old Sheboygan motorcyclist was injured on Sauk Trail road when he was struck by an oncoming motor vehicle.

The driver of the motor vehicle, a 75-year-old Sheboygan woman, was exiting Highway V onto Sauk Trail road when she failed to yield to the oncoming vehicles. She turned out onto the road and collided with the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to Froedert Hospital via helicopter to be treated. The driver who caused the motorcycle accident was uninjured, but received a citation in the incident.
