Driver error causes rollover accident in Fond du Lac

A two-car collision on Highway 41 near South Military Road in Fond du Lac left three people injured on Tuesday.

A 45-year-old man was traveling northbound on the highway when he attempted to merge to his right. His attempts failed when he made contact with another motor vehicle. The car that was hit started to roll, and came to a stop in the middle of the median. The three people inside that vehicle all received injuries.

The man responsible for the crash claims that his driver error was caused by a neck injury he suffered from a previous car accident. At the time of the accident, all people involved were properly wearing their seat belts.
