Woman Injured in Sheboygan Rear-End Crash

A woman was injured Wednesday morning in a Sheboygan car accident on the city’s south side.

According to a Sheboygan Police Department accident report, the rear-end collision took place shortly after 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Behrens Parkway and South Business Drive. Police say 46 year-old Clemintine Cuadras was traveling east on Behrens and had stopped at the Business Drive stop sign when her 1997 Honda Odyssey was struck from behind by a 2002 Ford Focus. The vehicle was driven by 22 year-old Sheboygan-resident Olivia Reyes, who was also eastbound.

Cuadras sustained minor injuries in the accident. She was transported by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.

Reyes was not injured in the crash. She was cited for driving without a valid license, and may face additional citations related to the crash, police say.

The accident remains under investigation by the Sheboygan Police Department.
