According to officials with the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department, 36 year-old Steven R. Hagan, of Random  Lake, collided with a car driven by 48 year-old Cedar Grove-resident Scott L. Behnke. Police say the accident occurred shortly before 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of county highways I and SS in the Town of Sherman.

According to Sgt. Doug Tuttle, Hagen caused the accident and was cited for failure to yield the right of way. Both Hagen and Behnke sustained minor injuries in the accident. They were transported by ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.

A passenger in Behnke’s vehicle was not injured.

The accident remains under investigation by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department.
