Fredonia Woman Injured in Sheboygan Car Accident

A Fredonia woman was injured in a two-vehicle Sheboygan car accident Friday afternoon.

According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department, 47 year-old Edie Oehler was transported to Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center by Plymouth Ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries shortly after the crash.

Police say the crash occurred shortly after 1:20 p.m. when a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt, driven by 52 year-old Constance Kussard, of Plymouth, pulled into an intersection on Highway 28 and crashed into a 1999 Mercury Cougar, driven by Oehler, that was traveling south on Highway 57. Lt. Chad Broeren said neither Kussard nor a passenger in her vehicle, 59 year-old Donald Kestell, was injured. Kussard was cited for failure to yield the right of way
